Breakfast was fried rice. It feels awful. This time special seasoning meat fried rice. The meat really tasty, tender. Because the meat is also cut into small pieces. Special because the flavor to make it specially made by my mother.
Meat fried rice special seasoning
Material:
Rice warmer
Meat that is cut into small pieces
Parsley leaves
That have been sliced red onion
That have been sliced garlic
Tomatoes
Mother made a special seasoning
Oil for sauteing
Salt and flavoring (I use sugar)
Method:
Saute onion, garlic and parsley until fragrant, put the meat, stir-fry until half cooked, put seasoning, stir again until the meat cooked and tender, enter the warm rice, salt and flavorings. Stir until well blended spices into the rice. Remove and serve with pieces of tomato as a garnish.
